Klosters is located right in the heart of Graubünden or Grisons, 1,200 meters (4,000 feet) above sea level .
80 percent of all slopes in Klosters/Davos are above 1,800 meters (6,000 feet). At these altitudes, there’s always snow in winter.
The Klosters / Davos ski area consists of five independent sections.
The winter sports museum contains a very extensive collection of valuable winter sports equipment and documents from the Jürg Kaufmann family foundation in Davos.

Winter hiking in snow is becoming increasingly popular. Klosters has 14 signposted and superbly prepared hiking trails of varying lengths.
